My friends, if you like strawberry cheesecake then you are going to love these wonderful little treats. You get all of the wonderful, delicious flavors of strawberry cheesecake without all of the steps it takes to make a cheesecake. This I like….very much…..and they are just so darn cute!!!!
First, you just core out the center of your strawberries.
Then you pipe in the cream cheese mixture.
And finally, sprinkle with your favorite cookie.

CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES
2 lbs fresh washed strawberries
8 0z cream cheese
4 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
crumbled graham crackers or your favorite cookie ( I used ginger snaps)
Cut the center out of strawberries. If you would like them to stand up, then also cut a little off of the bottom. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Put cream cheese mixture into a piping bag and pipe into strawberries. Sprinkle the top with crumbled graham crackers or your favorite cookie.
