Creamy Lemon Popsicles

11 Aug

Yes friends, I have yet another icy treat to share with you.  Honestly, Birmingham, Alabama has got to be just slightly north of Hades, or at least it sure feels that way in the months of July and August.  I can’t wait for cool, brisk, autumn breezes, but until then, there will be icy treats!

These popsicles are very simple to make and the flavor choices are endless.   I am so enjoying them, yes I am!  So, when you are trying desperately to beat the heat, just choose your flavor and try these wonderful little two ingredient popsicles.  That’s right, two ingredients.  You gotta love that!  Enjoy!

16 oz (give or take) vanilla yogurt

1 individual lemonade drink mix packet

Mix the flavor packet into the yogurt until well combined.  Pour into the popsicle molds and freeze.

I am definitely loving your icy posts since it was 104 yesterday here! We are certainly having a heatwave and no cook, icy treats are the best!
